  • What is ONE.SHOP?
    ONE.SHOP is the official store for ONE Championship, run by us at ONE Championship so we can make sure you and all other ONE fans can get the best possible product and service. Unless stated otherwise, all products sold on ONE.SHOP are official ONE merchandise and designed in-house specially for the ONE fan.
  • What is ONE’s mission?
    Our mission is to unleash real life superheroes who ignite the world with hope, dreams, inspiration, and strength. Similarly, with our merchandise, we hope that you can spread the word of ONE, and inspire others to chase their dreams and live their greatest lives
  • Where can we learn more about ONE Championship?

  • How do I know what size to get?
    You may refer to our size chart here. Do note that our headline sizing is compatible with international sizing and you may want to size down if you are used to Asian sizing. We advise you to follow our size chart and take your measurements accordingly to be sure of the best fit!
  • I have some great new ideas for ONE merchandise! Can I share them with you?
    We would love to hear from you! Simply drop us a mail at hello@one.shop and share with us what you want to see next. We will be sure to pick the best ideas, as well as credit you should we be lucky enough to bring them to life.
ORDERS
  • How do I create an account?
    It is now easier than ever to create an account on ONE.SHOP. Simply login using your Facebook or Google account or create one using your email and password.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    We are unable to accommodate a change in order, but you are allowed to cancel your order and start all over within 30 minutes of placing your order, so act fast if you change your mind!

    Following the 30 minute window, you will no longer be able to cancel your order. That said, we have a 30-day no questions-asked return policy, so if you are unsatisfied with your order for whatever reason, you may choose to send it back to us for a refund.
  • Where can I check up on my order status?
    You may check up on your order status by logging into your account. Your order status for both past and present orders will be listed under Order History.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
  • How do I return my order?
    If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your item, you may take advantage of our 30-day returns policy. Just take note of the following points of our returns policy to make sure that we can honor your return:

    ● Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
    ● Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached
    ● Refunds can only be offered to the original payment method used to make the order

    Click the “Make A Return” button to initiate a return.

  • Can I exchange my item?
    In order to make the returns process as efficient as possible, we are currently only offering refunds and not exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item, we suggest placing a new order while processing your return.
  • Where is my refund?
    Depending on the shipping method used and the country from which you are returning your item, it can sometimes take up to 21 working days for your item to be delivered. If your item has been marked as delivered, we will send you a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original form of payment within 3 working days. Please note that it may also take up to 10 additional working days for your payment method to reflect the refund.
  • I bought a product at a ONE Championship event - can I return the item?
    Unfortunately, sales conducted at our ONE Championship events are most of the times done via our local partners. As such, we are unable to entertain returns or refunds from our live event sales.
DELIVERY
  • How do I track my order?
    Simply log in to your account through the online store and check the fulfilment status against your recent order. Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to find your tracking information. We will also email you your tracking information.
  • What shipping options do you offer?
    In Singapore, we offer delivery by Ninjavan/Aramex, and your order is delivered to your doorstep in 2-3 days. For the Philippines, we offer delivery by Ninjavan which takes 3-6 days to metro Manila or 3-11 days to the rest of the Philippines. For all other countries, we offer shipping by DHL Express which is delivered in 2-3 days or DHL Packet which is delivered in 8-14 days.
  • Do I have to pay customs and import fees?
    All orders ship from Singapore unless otherwise stated. Your order may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties, and fees, depending on local customs regulations.

    The following table provides a list of common shipping destinations and their corresponding threshold for taxes and/or duties. These are accurate at time of writing, but may change without notice depending on customs regulations in your country. If you are still unsure on whether you will be subject to additional fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

    Should you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to ONE.SHOP, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
PAYMENTS, PROMOTIONS, AND GIFT CARDS
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payments from all Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for transactions made in the Philippines.
  • Is my credit card information safe?
    ONE.SHOP does not store any of your credit card information, which is submitted directly to our payment gateway partners for processing. Our site is PCI level 1 compliant for credit card processing, which in layman’s terms means that it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance.
  • Can I purchase a Gift Card to ONE.SHOP?
    Yes! We love that you are looking to share ONE.SHOP with your friends and family. You can purchase a Gift Card here. Gift cards are not physically shipped - after checkout, your lucky recipient will receive a confirmation email containing a unique Gift Card code which can be applied on checkout.

    Gift cards have no expiry, and do not have to be used in full in one order.
